News from the Mosaic Studio

Dear mosaic enthusiasts,

Valerie Nicoladze of Espritmosaique and I are thrilled to announce an upcoming mosaic course in the picturesque town of Avignon, France where Valerie resided. This course is designed for anyone who is interested in exploring the world of mosaic art combined with beadwork and intuitive painting in a beautiful atelier and wants to learn at an in person class.

Our class of 2022 was super successful and we decided to offer another class this year.

July 20 , 21 and 23

The course will be led by me. I am specialised in abstract mosaic designs in bold colors. We will incorporate unique beads from the African continent into our mosaic work to add a distinctive touch to the finished work. During the course, you will learn how to create your very own abstract mosaic design ( Course one) using this style incorporating African Beadwork and ( Course 2 ) using stacked beads into a mosaic on an underlying intuitive painting, we make ourselves, in a unique way.

2 course in 3 days

One of the benefits of this course is the opportunity to stay in the picturesque town of Avignon, known for its stunning architecture and rich history. You will also have the chance to make new friends from around the world or local who share your passion for mosaic art.

We can't wait to see the beautiful and unique pieces that will be created during this course.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to expand your skills and create something truly special. We look forward to seeing you there!

The course is filling up now so do not wait too long to book. Deadline is May 12. We will have a max. of 10 participants and still have a few places left. Mosaic lovers from across the world have signed up already, but if you are local or in the area you are most welcome too.

Have a look on my website karladuterloomosaics.com under workshops for more info and a video of last years course.

You can book and get more info about accommodation and logistics from Valerie espritmosaique@free.fr

Hope to see many of you.

lots of love

Karla and Valerie
